Honest answer: no. krafteq GmbH is based in Leverkusen — right next door, about 20 km / 20–25 minutes from Cologne city centre. We actively serve customers in Cologne and across the Rhineland. We are not a pure Cologne agency — and we do not need to be, because krafteq Handwerk is standard software: your installation runs for your business, whichever district it sits in.

Within 30 to 45 minutes — by car via the A3 or A4, by train from Cologne Hbf to Leverkusen Mitte, or by S-Bahn (line S6). On-site meetings at your business, workshop, or building site in Cologne are typically scheduled two to three working days in advance.

Whichever you prefer. Either you come to us in Leverkusen — parking right outside, train access on foot — or we come to you in Cologne. A first conversation typically happens online (30–60 minutes) so both sides can save time. Before the offer at the latest, there is an in-person meeting if you want one.

No monthly licence fee; billing is per business rather than per head. Step 1: you fill out the enquiry form (5 minutes) — trade, size, priorities. Within one working day as a rule we get back to you. Step 2: we set up a test instance of your own by hand, usually within three working days, configured for your trade. You try it with your own data. Step 3: if it fits, you receive an individual written offer stating the purchase price, the form of operation and the scope of the fine-tuning. Step 4: we set up your installation, carry over your master data as far as it can be exported, and fine-tune whatever does not fit in the first months.

Then we say so. krafteq Handwerk covers a trades business from the enquiry to the invoice, but not everything: no bookkeeping in the sense of a general ledger and balance sheet, no stock and no purchasing, no payroll, no portal for your own end customers.
