You describe your business in the enquiry form. We respond within 24 hours with a concrete plan. Five business days later you have a working prototype of your own software — live hosted, with login, with sample data from your trade. Free of charge, no obligation.
Fixed price €1,000–2,000 for your v1
After the prototype walkthrough we define the scope for the production v1 together. Fixed price €1,000 for small, €1,500 for medium, and €2,000 for larger scopes — with a fixed-price guarantee: the price holds even if development takes longer. 50 per cent at contract start, 50 per cent at go-live.
EU hosting for €250 per year per software (year 1 included, optional)
Krafteq Cloud — servers in Germany (EU fallback available). Hosting, security patches, daily backups, monitoring, Krafteq support, maintenance, and GDPR-compliant operation are all included. The first year is included in the fixed price; Krafteq Cloud is optional, self-hosting on your own infrastructure is equally supported. No US CLOUD Act, no add-on tariffs. The standard plan covers typical small businesses with 1 to 20 users.
Customer Portal included
A central web interface for your relationship with Krafteq: project status, contracts and DPA, invoices, tickets for bugs and requests, backup status, and self-service data export. No more email chaos or WhatsApp threads.
Secure login with Krafteq IAM
Login with email and password, optional multi-factor authentication, audit log, and a role system for owners, staff, and read-only access. Single sign-on with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace on request. Built on Keycloak — open source, EU hosted, no third-party lock-in.
Code belongs to you — no subscription
Source code resides in your repository from the very first sprint. Standard Docker containers, portable to any provider. You pay once for development, then annual hosting for as long as you wish. Notice period: 3 months to the end of a calendar quarter, followed by a 30-day data export window.

Free Prototype in 5 Business Days
We build a working prototype covering one or two of your most important workflows — for example, creating a job, producing a quote, generating an invoice. Live hosted on a temporary subdomain, with login for you and one or two further users. In a 30- to 45-minute walkthrough we show you the result.
You see your own software running — no mockups, no promises. You then decide whether to proceed.

Fixed-Price v1 in Under 4 Weeks
After the walkthrough we define the scope for the production v1: workflows, roles, a PDF export, a third-party integration. Fixed price €1,000–2,000 depending on scope. Development in one- to two-week sprints with a demo after each sprint. Deployment on Krafteq Cloud or your own infrastructure, handover with walkthrough and access credentials.
Production-ready v1 that your team can use immediately — including standard components such as login, roles, audit log, list views, and PDF export.

Operation and Further Development
Krafteq Cloud handles hosting, patches, backups, monitoring, Krafteq support and maintenance — €250 per year per software, with year 1 included in the fixed price. Optional: self-hosting on your own infrastructure is equally supported. Further development is priced as a fixed fee per feature (typically €300–1,500) or as a time contingent. Bug fixes within the first 30 days after go-live are free of charge.

Git repository in your GitHub or GitLab account. You see every commit, every pull request, every code change. If you wish to continue with a different developer tomorrow, everything is fully documented.
Standard components at no extra charge
Login, role system, audit log, search and filter, list and detail views, PDF export of a standard page, and email dispatch for one or two triggers are included in the fixed price. We build the business workflows on top.
EU data residency and DPA
Servers in Germany (EU fallback available) — no US CLOUD Act access. Data processing agreement (AVV/DPA) available as standard. Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Dedicated database and dedicated tenant per client.
Security at production level
Vulnerability scans (Trivy) on every container before deployment. Secrets in HashiCorp Vault, not in the code. MFA mandatory for internal access. ISO 27001 certification in progress — currently in the gap-analysis phase, target Q1 2027.
GDPR and e-invoicing from day one
Audit log with a minimum 30-day retention period, account lifecycle including the right to erasure. E-invoicing standards (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) are a standard component of every job management module. Optional DATEV connector from €500.
Senior engineers with 10+ years of experience
Senior engineers with over 10 years of experience build your software. AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code accelerate development — responsibility remains with experienced engineers.
Clear exit and portability terms
Data export at any time via self-service through the Customer Portal. On termination of Krafteq Cloud: 3-month notice period to the end of a calendar quarter, followed by a 30-day data export window. Standard Docker containers — portable to any other provider.
