krafteq Handwerk is standard software for trade businesses — not a project built for you from scratch. We are currently rolling it out with the first businesses: you test it free of charge, receive an individual offer afterwards, and we set up your business together with you.
The process is done by hand: you send the form, we get back to you within one working day as a rule with one or two quick questions — and set up a test instance of your own, usually within three working days.

Before we set anything up we clear one or two things: how you invoice, which templates you need, what should come across from your old system. By email or phone, whichever you prefer — this is the setup, not a sales conversation.

A test instance of krafteq Handwerk that is yours alone, set up for your trade — with the terms, units and templates you already work with. It is usually ready within three working days; we send you the access by email.

Recreate a real job: quote, measurements, time entries, progress and final invoice. What you judge is a running system, not a plan — and the test does not create a contract.

A test is a test. So you know what you are getting into — and what you are not.
No contract, no subscription, no costs
The test instance is free, and it creates no obligation — nothing to cancel, nothing that silently turns into a paid plan after 30 days. If you want to buy, you receive an individual, written offer. If not, it ends here.
Your data stays yours
Whatever you enter in the test instance belongs to you. After the test ends we delete the instance with all its data — before that you can export what you entered. If you buy, it becomes your installation.
No sales pressure
No sales call, no guided demo, no weekly follow-up calls. Whatever we need to know for the setup, we ask once — after that you get in touch when you are ready. Or not at all.
You do not have to specify anything
You write no requirements list and describe no build project. krafteq Handwerk already reflects the daily work of a trades business — there is nothing to specify. What we ask before the setup are one or two practical things: how you invoice, which templates you need.
