No. krafteq Handwerk is standard software that already reflects the daily work of a trades business — there is nothing to specify. Whatever does not fit in the first months we see in day-to-day use and fine-tune. No argument, within the scope your offer sets out.

And what if Krafteq shuts down?

Your installation is your own, not an account on our system. If you self-host, the software, source code and data are with you — you do not depend on us. If Krafteq operates it, you can switch to self-operation at any time; we then hand over images, operating documentation and source code.

A fixed-price perpetual licence, paid once, plus the ongoing operation — no monthly licence fee. We put the concrete terms into your offer once we know your business. There is deliberately no figure on this page: it would depend on assumptions we cannot make yet. How the price is composed is explained on the pricing page.

All updates are included in the first year. After that, updates and operation run through maintenance — or you run it yourself, and your version simply keeps working. The right of use never expires.

Do I pay per employee?

No. Krafteq bills neither per user nor per workstation — the price depends on the business. Site access for your crew is therefore included. With competitors that is exactly the line where billing happens: an expensive office licence, extra charges per field access, and software that gets more expensive as soon as you hire.

Who is the free trial for?

For trade businesses in construction and finishing trades. Not a trade business? Then write to us via the contact form — project enquiries and custom software are answered there. After the trial you receive an individual written offer; we set up your business together with you.

In which language is the contract concluded?

Contract language is German. The terms in your written offer and our German terms and conditions (AGB) govern; this page describes the model and is not a contract.

That is exactly what the fine-tuning is for: you do not start from zero — krafteq Handwerk already reflects the daily work of a trades business — we watch how your business actually works, and we adjust. The scope is written into your offer beforehand so there is nothing to argue about.

Adjusting starts without development: switch off areas you do not use, rename processes and statuses to your own terms, set number ranges, tax rates, wage groups and print layouts.
