Prototype — free
5 business days, working software hosted online. No contract, no down payment, no obligation. You see your own software before paying a cent.
V1 — fixed price by scope
Fixed-price package for trades, hospitality and similar small businesses, one-off. The exact amount is agreed transparently after the prototype walkthrough and depends on scope. For wholesale and similarly complex scopes (warehouse, B2B, multi-tenant) there is a separate fixed-price tier. Source code in the client repository from sprint 1. Standard building blocks like login, roles, audit trail, PDF export and email dispatch are included.
Hosting — optional annual subscription
Optional. Krafteq Cloud — servers in Germany (EU fallback available) with security patches, daily backups, monitoring, Krafteq support, maintenance, GDPR-compliant operation and DPA. Optional annual subscription per software, first year included. Self-hosting on your own server or with your IT provider is equally supported — standard containers, fully portable.
Further development — by effort
After go-live, as needed. Fixed price per feature or hourly contingent — your choice. Terms agreed in the introductory call. No monthly minimums, no automatic renewals. The Customer Portal shows status, effort and releases at any time.

Setup, onboarding, training
Included in the fixed price. We set up logins, import initial data and walk through the software with you. Typical subscription-vendor surcharge: €500–2,000 one-off.
Third-party integrations
Standard interfaces (DATEV, Lexoffice, e-invoicing, IDS-Connect for plumbing) are included in the fixed price when relevant to the selected features. Typical subscription surcharge: €30–80 per month per interface.
Multiple users, multiple devices
Custom software is your software — we don't charge per-user licences. Typical subscription surcharge: €15–40 per employee per month.
Data export, migration
Data belongs to you. Export anytime via self-service in the Customer Portal. On cancellation, 30-day data export window. Typical subscription vendor: 'on request' — sometimes possible, sometimes not.
